Analyzed employee attrition and performance data to identify key drivers of turnover, including overtime, job satisfaction, age, income, and distance from home. Built an interactive Power BI dashboard to support workforce planning and employee retention decisions.

Attrition patterns were strongly associated with overtime, distance from home, and early-tenure employee groups.
